    Flat Pack Delivery

    99% of flat pack orders will be delivered within 48hrs. However if you are tight on time it is always worth checking with us as certain products do have to be shipped interstate and can cause delays


    Delivery and Install

    If you need it faster, just ask! We are ‘Yes’ people and if you need something quicker we’ll work overtime to get it done.

    Our delivery and install team operates on lead time between 2 to 10 days. On really big orders or custom work time frames can get pushed out. So its always worth checking with one of our friendly staff members. Also if you need a specific date, just let us know and we’ll get it sorted.





    Need a chair but can't make it to a showroom to try one out?

    Not to worry! We have a flexible return policy on all our office chairs. This includes the shipping costs both ways. If you're not happy with the purchase, simply return it within 10 days of receiving the items. No questions asked, no cost to you! 100% full refund.

    Desking, Storage and Everything Else

    At Danny’s Desks and Chairs, our policy is simple. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will refund you in full, including shipping both ways on all single desk purchases.

    Though the following criteria must be met

    A full refunded cannot be provided if:

    1) Product has been assembled.

    2) Original packaging has been discarded.

    3) Item is returned damaged.

    If one of the above occurs, a restocking fee of 30% plus the return postage will be charged and deducted off the refund total.

    Occasionally something goes wrong and you may need to claim on your warranty. Not to worry we have our own dedicated team and that specialises in getting you back up an running in no time. .
